Notifications #
The bell in the header shows when something needs your attention: a task has reached a step where you are the approver, someone added a note on a task you work on, or a request you raised moved on or was decided. Click a notification to open the task.

Which emails are switched on is decided by your hotel.
Chat #
Use Chat in the header to message a colleague. For anything about a specific request, prefer the task's Notes tab, so the conversation stays with the request.
