Docs / Hospitals guide

Getting started #

TihTur runs the requests, approvals and records of a hospital in one place. Patients send requests online, staff raise and approve internal requests, accounts and records staff file documents, and management sees everything on dashboards. Every request leaves a clear trail: who submitted it, who acted on it, and when.

Try it now: open the live hospital demo and sign in as demo_auditor with the password DemoAuditor@123. The demo account can open everything but cannot change anything.

Tip: your username is not always your email. If you are not sure, ask your admin.

Choosing your hospital #

If your organisation runs more than one hospital, choose Select Hospital in the left menu and pick the one you want to work in. Its name is shown at the top of the menu. Everything you then see, such as tasks, search results and dashboards, belongs to that hospital only. New requests are filed under the selected hospital.
