Setup plan and checklist #
Setting up TihTur is mostly deciding, and only a little clicking. Fill in the planning sheet below with the Principal and the office first. The steps after that go quickly.
Starting from the ready-made schools setup? Most schools begin with TihTur's schools package: 62 document types, 43 workflows, 26 dashboards, 10 reports and 19 master lists already in place. You then only adjust names, roles and people (steps 1–5) and fine-tune the rest.

Who can do the setup #
Setup is done with the system administrator account. The Admin Mode switch at the bottom of its menu shows the setup pages: Structures, Document Flow, User Management, Data Table, Form Management, Work Flow, Control Centers, Reports, News Letters and System Settings.
Tip: keep one admin account for setup only, separate from your own daily account. It makes it clear in the history who changed the configuration and who did the school work.
